Wolf Consultants provides the following among its free services for approved homeowners* who have chosen to walk away from their mortgage debt:

Inspection for damages resulting from normal wear & tear, weather conditions or abandonment
Monitoring of title and tax status of the property
Clean-up of rescuable abandoned properties*
Winterizing/leakage control
Security
Lawn/snow maintenance
Pest control/extermination*
Repair of damages*
Rental or sale to secure maintenance funds
Referral of homeowners to attorneys experienced in foreclosure

*Agreeing to manage individual properties is at the discretion of Wolf Consultants based on the results of the homeowners' applications.
